This equipment is widely used in industries handling liquid-state materials, including chemicals, grains, pesticides, coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, curing agents, dyes, cleaning agents, lubricants, edible oils, flavors, solvents, additives, food ingredients, and hazardous chemicals. Workflow

1. Material Replenishment: When the storage tank’s liquid level drops below the lower limit, the feeding system automatically refills the tank. It stops once the upper limit is reached.

2. Container Placement: An operator places an empty container on the scale platform and aligns the fill port manually.

3. Auto-Tare & Filling: Pressing the start button initiates tare detection (subtracting container weight). The nozzle opens for fast filling until reaching the preset slow-fill threshold, then switches to slow filling for precision.

4. Filling Completion: Filling stops at the target weight. The operator removes the filled container, places a lid, and pushes it into the capping zone.

5. Auto-Capping: A sensor detects the container, and the pneumatic platen descends to secure the lid. The operator then removes the sealed product.
